Lindee has used the practice of yoga on and off for 10 years, but had always put it on the back burner. While living abroad, it brought her a sense of security and grounding even while living so far away.
After returning to Indianapolis in 2016, she bought a package to a yoga studio and began to really treat her time on her yoga mat as a moving meditation and a space to re-center. Before practicing yoga, she was feeling disconnected with her body and life. With the new outlook and intention yoga has inspired, Lindee feels stronger and more present in her life than ever.
Lindee uses a strong focus on the breath to lead an alignment based vinyasa flow that encourages both strength and flexibility. She loves encouraging others to tailor their yoga practice to meet their particular needs and body type.
