Liv is a 200 hour RYT as well as a Visual Arts Education major. She loves animals, singing, dancing, painting, and of course, yoga. She began practicing yoga in 2014 as a way to relieve the stress of college. She fell in love with it immediately and knew very soon she wanted to make a career of it.
As a teacher, Liv strives to create an encouraging and gently upbeat environment. Helping others transform and feel empowered through a soulful vinyasa is her passion. Her style is organic and heartfelt, encouraging each student to connect with their energetic body.
Liv also runs a website that gives yogis the tools to live their yoga practice on and off the mat through holistic health and healing.
