kOMpose Yoga strives to provide our students and community with exceptional, hands-on teaching and instruction and first-class client service.

SCHEDULING POLICIES

A student may reserve a class online at www.komposeu.com. We will hold a reserved space until 5 minutes before a class begins. If the student does not arrive 5 minutes prior to class, his or her space will become available to drop-in students. If students make reservations and do not show up for class, they will not be charged for the class. It is not necessary to contact us if you need to cancel but it is helpful. Schedule may change at any time. 

PAYMENT POLICIES

Payment for yoga is due at the time service is rendered. Credit card required for all clients. 

All class packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. We will not give refunds for classes taken or partially taken.

All sales are final (no refunds).

EXPIRATION POLICY

Our 5 and 10 class packages expire within 6 months of the date of first use.

FREEZING OR HOLDING PACKAGES

kOMpose Yoga may, in its sole discretion, place a one-time freeze or hold on a class package for a student due to special circumstances such as medical conditions, pregnancy or other personal reasons. 

The Empower Membership allows for (2) 1-month vacation freezes.

WORKSHOPS

kOMpose Yoga does not issue cash refunds for workshop cancellations. We can issue a studio credit only if we are notified of the cancellation at least 24 hours prior to the workshop. 

*Please note that we cannot issue refunds or credits for workshops conducted by guest teachers.
