With a background in dance and a passion for fitness, Stephanie stumbled across yoga in college while earning her degree in Early Childhood Education. She soon realized that yoga was about much more than fitness, and has been evolving ever since. Stephanie teaches yoga as a practice to cultivate awareness so that every student can meet day-to-day life with a sense of groundedness and mindfulness. She teaches an alignment centered Vinyasa class where students can feel confident and safe in their movements, giving them the freedom to receive the all-encompassing benefits that yoga offers.
When not on her mat, Stephanie loves exploring the outdoors, drinking green smoothies, creating natural beauty and cleaning products, and spending time with her sisters and many nieces and nephews!
