  • Restorative Yoga with Kate Holte - Friday March 8; 6:00PM - 7:30PM (regular class packages work with this class) - The purpose of this class is to RELAX. Restorative Yoga consists of a few poses which are held for a longer time allowing students time to relax into the shape of the pose and breathe more deeply.

  • Basic Foundations and Principles of Yoga Asanas with Katarina - Sunday March 10; 1:30 - 3:30PM ($20 before March 3; $25 after)- This workshop is designed for brand new yoga students, or those that would like to deepen the fundamentals of yoga. In a progressive way, you will learn about the basic alignment principles and the optimal alignment for your body.

  • Yoga For Golfers with Chuck  - Saturday, March 23; 1:30 - 3:30PM ($25 before March 16; $30 after)- Yoga for Golfers is a workshop designed specifically for anyone who wants to get the most out of their golf game. This workshop will introduce you to some of the most basic yoga poses through a sequence designed to lengthen the tight muscles of the back body. We will also work with chest and shoulder openers, quadricep stretches and finally spinal twists.

  • Chaturanga Dandasana Workshop - Sunday, April 14; 1:00 - 3:00PM (Investment $25) - Enhance your Chaturanga, improve your yoga practice! Chaturanga Dandasana - 4 limbed staff pose - is a primary transition in many yoga classes. It prepares the body for more challenging arm balances and inversions by strengthening the wrists, arms, abdominals and back muscles.

  • 2 Hour Power Flow Workshop with Chuck - Saturday April 20, 1:30PM - 3:30PM ($25 before April 10; $30 after) - Join Chuck for a 2 hour power flow with a sequence designed to take you through a variety of poses in every category while keeping your energy high and a smile on your face.You will use a variety of props (including the wall and/or a partner), as well as different modifications, to keep you safe while assisting you in finding your grandest expression in every pose.

  • Going Upside-Down: Intro to Inveserions - Saturday, April 27, 12:30Pm - 2:00PM ($20 before April 17; $25 after) - Are you curious about incorporating inversions into your yoga practice? Maybe you' ve tried practicing inversions during class and haven't found a technique that works for you, or maybe you've always wanted to try but have never had an opportunity! This is the workshop for you! This workshop is designed to develop basic inversion skills. Students will learn proper form and alignment (as well as mindset) to safely invert. This workshop is open to everyone- no experience required!
