Inclement Weather Policy - Outdoor Classes

On some occasions, it may be necessary to cancel OR relocate classes due to inclement weather. In the event of inclement weather, students will be notified 1 hour prior to class of any changes (cancelation or class moved to the studio).

Should inclement weather arise during an outdoor class, the following steps will be taken depending upon weather severity.

• Rain: Classes will be held during periods of light rain if shelter or covering is an option. If not, classes will be canceled.

• Lightning: If lightning is sighted during an outdoor class, the class will immediately be canceled.

• High Winds: If winds of 35MPH or greater are expected during class, the class will be canceled.

• Heat Advisory: If a heat advisory is issued, all outdoor classes are canceled during the advisory timeline.

Inclement Weather Policy - In-Studio Classes

On some occasions, it becomes necessary to close the studio due to inclement weather. If a class is canceled due to inclement weather we will make an announcement on our website, Facebook and Instagram.  Additionally, we will also send an email to all students who have registered for a class. Any cancellations will be made at least 1 hour in advance of the start time of the class.
