Moving with the Moon: Flow in Honor of the Blood Moon Lunar Eclipse

Join Kristine Camron and Kristen Barfield on July 27th for a special workshop honoring a rare Blood Moon Lunar Eclipse. During this 2 hour workshop we will dedicate our yoga and meditation practice to Earth's lunar companion with moon salutations, yin yoga and other spiritual practices. 

In yoga, the moon is a symbol of the mind and a great source of wisdom, it represents our intuition, emotions, creativity, sensitivity and feminine strength. Use the power of the full moon and the Lunar Eclipse to bring the mind to a state of harmony and balance, clear the subconscious and replace negative thought patterns with positive ones.
