About Leslie Flowers, NBC-HWC
As a coach and mindfulness teacher, Leslie supports fellow humans in being their healthiest, most vibrant, authentic, and successful selves. Leslie is a national board-certified health and wellness coach in private practice and at Bend Health. She trained at the Duke University Center for Integrative Medicine. Recognizing that stress plays a key role in disease, Leslie also became a qualified teacher of mindfulness-based stress reduction at Brown University’s Mindfulness Center. She teaches tools and practices that activate the relaxation response to reduce anxiety, stress, and the negative impacts of stress-induced inflammation on body and emotions.
