Jen, RYT500

Jen has over 30 years experience in practicing yoga and over 15 years experience as a Certified Yoga Teacher. “Movement, mobility, and mindfulness: for now…for life,” that’s her motto. Jen’s goal as a teacher is to create a safe and accessible space where students of all ages, levels, and abilities can feel empowered to explore the physical and mental benefits of practicing yoga. She is experienced in teaching hatha yoga, breathwork, flow yoga, yin yoga, yoga nidra, restorative yoga, sound baths, and gentle yoga.

Jen loves spending time with her husband, Robert, and her rescue dog, Cora. Jen is a RRCA certified running coach. Her passions/hobbies include photography, aerial yoga, mobility, running, reading, dogs, cupcakes, enjoying a great cup of tea, and spending as much time as she can outdoors connecting with nature.
