Katie Mahoney, RYT200
Katie is passionate about helping people with whole-body wellness. She has been practicing yoga since 2018 and decided to deepen her journey a little over a year ago by completing both of her 200-hour yoga teacher trainings in India. Immersing herself in traditional practice and philosophy. In addition to being a certified yoga instructor and Pilates teacher, she holds a Master’s degree in Nutrition and has a strong background in health sciences.
With nearly a decade in the dental field and experience teaching at the college level, Katherine developed a deep appreciation for the connection between oral health, systemic health, and overall well-being. She recently relocated from Florida and is excited to be part of this new community.
Her classes blend mindful flow, core stability, intentional breathwork, and functional strength, while honoring the powerful relationship between movement, nourishment, and long-term health. Katie’s supportive and encouraging teaching style creates an environment that feels approachable yet empowering—helping students grow stronger physically and mentally, both on and off the mat.ve class feeling challenged, but stronger than when they started.
