Traci, RYT200
Traci discovered yoga in the 1990s and it has been a part of her life ever since. She received her 200 hour training from Embarque Yoga Studio in March of 2019. She is also certified in Yin Yoga and has a training certification for teaching chair yoga. Outside of the yoga studio she is a teacher at heart. Traci has been teaching middle school and high school Spanish since the 1980s. Currently, she teaches Spanish at Bishop Chatard High School. She also owns and operates a small dog clothes business and has a vintage booth space that specializes in kitschy animal decor at Vintage 54 Collective.
