What to Expect: 

This free class will kick-off our new 108 club at kOMpose!! The 108 club will recognize those students who complete 108 classes at kOMpose in a calendar year. Each member of the 108 club will receive special recognition and benefits at the studio!!

In yoga, the number 108 refers to spiritual completion.  This special class will consist of 9 rounds of the 12 postures performed in sun salutations (totaling 108).  By practicing asana in rounds of this sacred number, the ancient yogis believed we could align ourselves with the rhythm of the creation, and ultimately bring an end to our cycle of reincarnation.
