Calling all Post-Mini runners, walkers, movers and doers!! This 90 minute workshop is designed to keep you "in the race/game" from start to finish by paying attention to the muscle groups that take on a majority of the body's workload: our hips and hammies.
Join Toni on Sunday, May 6th at 1:00 pm for this 90 minute workshop, where students will build heat throughout the body so that they can sink into poses targeting overused areas of the body needed to participate in the Mini. Ample use of props (blankets/bolsters/straps) will help us throughout the process.

Toni has a background based heavily in athletics. A former collegiate runner, Toni understands the stress that the body takes from running and other physical activities. Toni teaches a vigorous and fluid form of vinyasa with a lighthearted and playful approach.
