When: Thursdays starting on June 14th, 21st and 28th and July

This is a special 4 week series designed for girls ages 13-17. Weekly classes will take place in a non-judgmental, non-competitive, and supportive environment where students will try different types of yoga and learn about how yoga and meditation can help teens cope with the stresses of everyday life.
