This class isn't about acheiving perfect poses-- it's about meeting yourself and your baby exactly where you are. Expect gentle stretching, strengthening for the body after pregnancy and the demands of caregiving, songs, smiles, baby-friendly movement, and moments of stillness to help both you and your little one regulate and recharge.
