This workshop is designed for yoga students that would like to deepen their yoga practice. In a progressive way, you will learn about the fundamental alignment principles and the optimal alignment for your body.

During this powerful workshop you will learn the WHAT & HOW and also WHY we apply certain physical actions in our body. You will learn:
