In Breaking Bad Yoga Habits, you will learn how to cultivate intention and direction for your yoga practice. Forming habits is a natural part of Life. Many habits are practical; others, not so much. We will examine some sneaky and impractical habits that manifest themselves in our yoga practices. Form new and beneficial habits that can be applied to any yoga practice. All it takes is patient and persistent concentration.
Break the cycle of bad habits by redirecting energies (physical, mental, energetic, conscious, spiritual) into intentional habits, or consistently compassionate choices. Our goal is to contain or restrain every bit of energy we can and put it into our practices. This is what we know as pranayama and samyama. With continual effort, the evolution of our energies is inevitable!
