This intentional breathwork experience is designed to help teens navigate the pressures of school, social life, and constant stimulation by offering a space to pause, breathe, and come back to themselves. Through guided, accessible breathing techniques, your teen will learn how to calm their nervous system, release built-up stress, and build inner resilience they can carry into the school year.

Breathwork is a powerful tool for emotional regulation, mental clarity, and cultivating self-trust—especially during the teen years when so much is shifting internally and externally. This class gives them an opportunity to reset their energy, gain tools for self-awareness, and feel more grounded and confident in their body and mind.

Perfect for both first-timers and returning students, this session meets them where they are and supports them in walking forward with clarity, calm, and empowerment.
