A guided ecstatic dance journey designed to help participants drop into their bodies, release stored tension, and reconnect with their natural rhythm. The experience includes grounding breathwork, somatic warm-ups, an intuitive free-form dance wave, and closing with a grounding sound bath and a heartfelt community circle.
