A guided journey of letting go, reclaiming your energy, and returning to your own center. Throughout our lives, we form energetic connections with people, experiences, places, and situations. Some connections nourish us, while others may leave us feeling drained. In this workshop, we will explore the practice of energetic cord cutting designed to release what no longer serves you. We will begin with a ritual to first gently dissolve an energetic connection with a person, situation, or experience, followed by reclaiming your own energy. We will then move into a special deep guided meditation, allowing space for further untangling, purification, and renewal on an energetic level - with compassion and gratitude.
