Are you ready to sweat? This class is a blend of traditional vinyasa poses and strength training that will have you moving, breathing and sweating! This class focuses on building and engaging your core strength to support you in more advanced yoga postures. Yoga Sculpt strengthens, balances and exhilarates the body and mind. Light weights are used. Plyometrics may be incorporated into the practice. All levels are welcome, modifications are offered and encouraged.
