Yoga for Kids (ages 4-8) can help build confidence, body awareness, and focus on the breath as a tool for centering. This 60-minute class is led by Karen, an experienced kids yoga teacher who teaches fun, playful classes that your kids will love. Throughout the series, classes will incorporate yoga poses, team building, stories, and meditation.
$50 - all 4 sessions
$15 - single drop-in session
