About Jennifer Huntsman
Jennifer Adams Huntsman has been a long time student of yoga and meditation. Her first introduction to yoga was in the 5th grade which lighted the passion inside her.
She went on to study with her sister, Leanne Zeppa, who is a 20yr certified practitioner of yoga and meditation. With the help of her mother, Florena, and her sister she developed a personal practice that she instilled in her life.
As life continued, it was her meditation practice that came into play as her sons left the nest and she became her mother’s caregiver during her brief illness followed by her passing. She then desired to bring yoga and meditation to others and became a certified yoga and meditation teacher. She studied at the Nirvana Healing Temple in the USVI’s to further increase her skills.
The key to her successful technique includes focusing on the science of breathing and sound. Her relaxation technique will teach her students how to gain more peace and wholeness in their lives. Her soothing atmosphere in her classes will help each student achieve healing and inner peace.
