How the Power of the Pause works:
The Power of the Pause is a 2-hour workshop that teaches students different ways to incorporate simple mindfulness tools such as meditation, visualization and conscious breathwork into your daily life to reduce stress and anxiety. Students learn how to improve communication skills, become more comfortable with uncertainty and adversity and skillfully tap into intuition as a source of knowledge.
