This class is a safe, supportive place for you—a space to slow down, tune in, and honor the incredible changes happening in your body. Through gentle, supportive movement, you’ll build strength in the areas that matter most during pregnancy—your hips, spine, and pelvic floor—while easing tension and relieving common discomforts like back pain or fatigue.
You’ll also learn simple breathwork to help calm your nervous system, reduce stress, and support you through the journey of labor and birth. Most of all, this is time just for you—to connect with your baby, nurture your body, and feel held in a community of other mamas walking a similar path.
