A guided, Wim Hof–inspired session to move what’s been stuck and let it out.

What to Expect:
We’ll begin by arriving and grounding into the space, giving your body a chance to slow down and settle.
From there, we’ll move into light movement to get out of the head and into the body. This includes gentle bouncing and tapping to wake up the nervous system and open energy flow.
You’ll then get comfortable in your space for a 45-minute guided breathwork journey. The breathwork is paired with an intentional musical arc, starting soft, building into intensity, and gradually bringing you back down into stillness.
We’ll close with guided meditation to support integration, followed by an optional share circle for those who feel called to reflect or connect.
No experience is needed. You’ll be supported and guided the entire way.

This style of breathwork may not be suitable if you are pregnant, have a history of seizures, cardiovascular issues, or serious mental health conditions.
