Join Kate Holte for a special 90-minute version of her Restorative Yoga class.
The purpose of this class is to RELAX. Restorative Yoga consists of a few poses which are held for a longer time allowing students time to relax into the shape of the pose and breathe more deeply.
Bolsters, blankets, blocks and other props are often used to help students get comfortable into the pose and giving the body an opportunity to rest and renew.
