During this 2-hour comprehensive workshop, Katarina will start with a dharma talk on the nature of our lives that are full of “twists & turns”. After that, you will be invited to explore twisting poses, giving special attention to lengthening of your spine as you transition into and out of deep twisting poses.
Additionally, you will learn:
1. KAPALABHATI breathing technique, that generates heat in your body, dissolving toxins and other waste matter.
2. Principle of SAUCHA which is one of the elements of the Eight Limbs of Yoga as it represents the “cleanliness of our body, mind, heart and surroundings in our life”
3. We will end the practice with deep restorative poses to reset and realign.
