The New Moon represents all things new - new beginnings, fresh starts, and new intentions. This one hour Flow + Restore style class allows students to let go of worries from the last moon cycle, and focus on moving forward. This class will allow extra time for grounding and setting intentions, a gentle flow to release tension in muscles and joints, and end with restorative postures and guided meditation. Relax and make room for all that is to come! You may enjoy a blanket or two and pillow during this practice.
