This workshop is designed for yogis & yoga teachers who want to learn more about using various everyday tools to decrease muscle soreness & combat the wear & tear on the body of the modern lifestyle. Learn techniques to bring this practice into your everyday activities, empowering you to take control of your own health & comfort in life.

Students will be provided with all of the high-quality self-myofascial release tools needed for the workshops. These tools will be available for purchase, if desired, upon the completion of the class.
