Yoga 101 classes will include:
Discussions on basic yoga etiquette and terms
The primary standing poses and how to find proper alignment in those postures
Sun salutations step-by-step
Breathing techniques to build focus and soothe the nervous system
Modifications (with and without props) for common postures to make yoga practice work for your body
