Come and join Chuck for a 2 hr power flow with a sequence designed to take you through a variety of poses in every category* while keeping your body warm, your energy high and a smile on your face. Don’t let the 2 hr designation frighten you, you are way more powerful than you know!
You will use a variety of props (including the wall and/or a partner), as well as different modifications, to keep you safe while assisting you in finding your grandest expression in every pose.
