Basic Foundations of Yoga Module 2: Yoga Sutras, Forward Folds & Twists

This workshop is designed for yoga students that would like to deepen their yoga practice. In a progressive way, you will learn about the fundamental alignment principles and the optimal alignment for your body.

During this powerful workshop you will learn the WHAT & HOW and also WHY we apply certain physical actions in our body. Picking up where we left off with Module 1, in Module 2 we will focus on:

  • Yoga Sutras: Yamas & Niyamas

  • Kapalbhati Breath

  • Dynamics of Forward Folds

  • Dynamics of Twisting Poses

  • Side Body Long

  • Muscle and Organic Energy

  • Mantras & Chants

  • and much more!
