What to Expect:
Class will be kicked off with a strengthening slow flow to prep the shoulders, wrists, and core. Throughout the flow, a variety of arm balances will be introduced along with some tricks, tips, and exercises to make them more accessible.
This workshop-style class will allow plenty of one-on-one instruction and extra time to play around in each pose in a safe, non-judgmental environment. Come ready to laugh and let go of expectations!

- Forearm Stand (Pincha Mayurasana)
- Handstand (Adho Mukha Vrksasana)
- Eight Angle Pose (Astavakrasana)
